Nizlo early access beta

Help shape a Windows-first RMM before the workflow hardens.

Nizlo is a founding-stage remote monitoring and management platform for MSPs and IT teams. This beta is for operators willing to test early endpoint workflows, including features still being refined before broader release, and send direct product feedback.

What you will test

A real pilot, not a request for praise.

Use your own acceptance criteria. The useful result is a clear record of what worked, what failed, and what would block safe adoption by your team.

01

Endpoint visibility

Confirm that inventory, availability, health, software, services, and alerts are understandable on a small authorized fleet.

02

Maintenance workflows

Review patch state, run one harmless script, and schedule a repeatable task without placing a production-critical system at risk.

03

Support context

Follow a ticket or remote-support handoff and tell us where customer, device, and activity context is missing or confusing.

04

Early product fit

Identify the gaps that would prevent your MSP or IT team from using Nizlo in a real operating workflow.

Tester requirements

A small, safe test environment is enough.

  • You manage Windows endpoints for an MSP, IT consultancy, internal IT team, or your own business.
  • You can safely test on one to three authorized, noncritical Windows endpoints.
  • You can spend about 60–90 minutes across the 14-day beta.
  • You will report blockers, confusing workflows, missing controls, and trust concerns honestly.
  • You will not use the beta on production-critical systems or devices you are not authorized to manage.

How feedback works

Send evidence directly to the team building Nizlo.

  1. 1. Record the workflow. Note the endpoint, action, expected result, and what actually happened. Remove passwords, tokens, customer secrets, and other sensitive data.
  2. 2. Send the finding. Use Support & feedback inside the Nizlo console or the support page. Include a screenshot only when it is safe to share.
  3. 3. Follow the response. The Nizlo team will triage the finding and may ask for a safe reproduction. Never continue through a workflow that feels unsafe.

Optional Founding Tester offer

Test for free. Decide after the beta.

The first five successful paid upgrades receive 75% off for life, the next five receive 50%, and the next ten receive 25%. Applying or starting a beta or trial does not reserve a position; a successful paid upgrade determines position.
