Terms of service
These terms govern access to Nizlo, a remote monitoring and management service operated by Cloud 84 Holdings, LLC. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Authorized business use
You may use Nizlo only to manage systems you own or are authorized to administer. You must not use the service to conceal malicious activity, gain unauthorized access, collect credentials, evade security controls, or violate law or third-party rights.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting authentication factors, assigning least-privilege roles, promptly revoking unneeded access, and all activity performed through your workspace. Notify Nizlo support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Endpoint agents and remote access
You are responsible for obtaining any notices, agreements, and permissions required before installing agents or accessing a device. Remote access may rely on separately licensed or open-source providers. Their terms may apply in addition to these terms.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops. Preview or beta functionality may be incomplete and should be evaluated before production reliance.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans, billing intervals, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown during checkout or in an order. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in an order, fees already paid are non-refundable. Access may be limited after nonpayment or plan expiration.
Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and transmit that data to operate the service. You are responsible for lawful collection and for maintaining any independent backups your organization requires.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to prevent harm, respond to a security incident, address nonpayment, or investigate a material breach. Either party may end use of the service subject to an applicable order. Data deletion follows the privacy policy and configured retention obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nizlo is provided without implied warranties and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, business, or legal changes. Material changes will be posted here and apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
