RMM with ticketing · small MSPs

Keep the endpoint and the ticket in the same technician workflow.

Nizlo combines Windows-first remote monitoring and management with a practical ticketing foundation, so small MSPs can move from endpoint context to assigned work, customer communication, time entries, and retained activity without stitching together every step.

Connected service work

Give each ticket the context needed to act.

The goal is not another disconnected inbox. It is a support workflow where customer, endpoint, technician, communication, and activity can remain visible together.

Endpoint context beside the work

Move from a customer, site, or device signal into technician follow-up without losing the endpoint context that explains the issue.

A practical ticket queue

Track status, priority, assignment, due dates, saved views, and bulk updates for the service work already in motion.

Customer and device relationships

Associate tickets with the customer and, when relevant, the managed endpoint so technicians can see who and what the work affects.

A durable work history

Keep comments, attachments, time entries, and ticket activity together so the next technician can understand what happened.

Customer portal participation

Give customers a place to create tickets and continue the conversation while technicians work from the Nizlo console.

Clear operating boundaries

Use Nizlo for its current RMM and ticketing foundation while retaining another system for contractual SLA measurement, billing, or broader PSA work you still require.

A controlled pilot

Test one complete support loop.

01

Connect one authorized endpoint

Confirm the device reaches the right customer and site, then review its live identity, inventory, and health before creating support work.

02

Work one real ticket

Set priority and ownership, add a comment or attachment, record time, and keep the relevant customer and device context attached.

03

Close with evidence

Confirm the portal conversation and activity history tell a complete story, then document any PSA, SLA, billing, or intake capability that must remain elsewhere.

Capability boundaries

Buy the workflow that exists—not a roadmap promise.

Supported now

Ticket queues, priority, assignment, due dates, saved views, bulk updates, comments, attachments, time entries, activity, customer/device context, and customer portal tickets.

Evaluate in your pilot

Alert-to-ticket handoff, technician ownership, portal communication, retained evidence, reporting needs, and fit with the rest of your service stack.

Do not assume

Full PSA parity, contracts, quoting, invoicing, contractual SLA measurement, or email-intake parity with a mature service desk.

Frequently asked questions

RMM and ticketing, without vague claims.

Does Nizlo include ticketing with its RMM?

Yes. Nizlo includes a ticketing foundation with queues, status, priority, assignment, due dates, saved views, comments, attachments, time entries, activity, customer and device context, and a customer portal.

Can customers create and reply to tickets?

Yes. The customer portal supports ticket creation and replies so customers can participate without entering the technician console.

Is Nizlo a full PSA replacement?

Nizlo does not claim full PSA parity. Evaluate the current RMM and ticket workflow directly, and retain another system if you need capabilities such as contracts, quoting, billing, or mature service automation that your process depends on.

Does Nizlo measure contractual SLAs?

Not currently. Tickets can carry priorities, assignments, and due dates, but contractual SLA measurement should remain in an established service-management system until that capability is available and validated in Nizlo.

How should a small MSP test Nizlo ticketing?

Start with one authorized endpoint and one real but noncritical support request. Confirm customer and device context, assignment, comments, attachments, time entry, portal replies, activity history, and closure before expanding the pilot.
