ConnectWise RMM alternative for Windows-first MSPs

The honest short version

ConnectWise RMM is the stronger shortlist choice when platform breadth, ScreenConnect, a mature alert catalog, expert services, or a larger MSP ecosystem matter most. Windows, macOS, Linux, VM, network, cloud, or Microsoft 365 coverage is required now

Run the same pilot in both products

Begin with authorized lab or noncritical systems. Define the expected outcome, preserve evidence, and include commercial and ecosystem dependencies that could change the final decision.
