Gorelo alternative for Windows-first RMM pilots

Gorelo is a broader unified PSA, RMM, documentation, billing, and project platform. Nizlo is an earlier-stage Windows-first RMM with a lower disclosed entry price. They are not equivalent products; compare them with the same authorized pilot.

The honest short version

Gorelo belongs on the stronger shortlist when an MSP wants one product for service delivery, RMM, documentation, projects, and billing. Nizlo does not claim that breadth. Its narrower case is a Windows-first team that already handles the surrounding business workflow and wants to test unlimited-endpoint RMM economics with a small, reversible pilot.

Pricing model

Gorelo: Per user. Full Platform is $99/user/month billed yearly or $129 billed monthly. Published annual PSA-only and co-managed seats are $59 and $39/user/month.

Nizlo: Flat plan includes one technician and unlimited RMM endpoints; each additional technician is $15/month.

Public base pricing

Gorelo: $99/user/month billed yearly or $129 billed monthly for Full Platform access.

Nizlo: $59/month Core, $79/month Scale, or $99/month Suite.

Trial

Gorelo: 30 days; Gorelo says no credit card is required.

Nizlo: 14 days without a credit card.

Platform scope

Gorelo: Unified service delivery, remote management, documentation, billing, projects, AI, and automation.

Nizlo: Windows-first RMM with a ticketing foundation; no claim of Gorelo-level PSA, documentation, contracts, projects, or billing parity.

Endpoint coverage

Gorelo: Gorelo documents Windows and macOS agents and remote-management workflows.

Nizlo: Windows and macOS agents are available for managed deployment; Linux is planned.

Remote support

Gorelo: Gorelo Connect provides built-in remote control and file exploration; ScreenConnect is also documented as an integration.

Nizlo: Built-in Windows-first remote workflow; validate permissions, consent, revocation, session evidence, and reliability during the pilot.

One- and three-technician cost examples

These examples use published base subscription prices before tax, discounts, migration work, external tools, or optional services. They compare bills—not capability equivalence.

Gorelo is the stronger fit when

You want a unified MSP operating system

  • PSA, RMM, documentation, billing, and projects should share one workflow
  • a 30-day evaluation provides needed migration and service-desk time
  • Windows and macOS management are both required now
  • a more established MSP platform is worth the higher per-user cost

Nizlo may be worth testing when

The immediate job is a smaller Windows-first pilot

  • the surrounding PSA and billing workflow is already handled elsewhere
  • unlimited RMM endpoints and a lower disclosed entry price matter
  • the team wants to test one to three noncritical endpoints before widening scope
  • direct roadmap influence and an early-product pilot are acceptable

Run the same controlled pilot

Start with authorized lab or noncritical systems. Define the expected outcome, preserve evidence, test failure behavior, and include the business workflows that affect complete cost.

Test 1Install on the same authorized endpoints and reconcile device identity, customer assignment, inventory, and duplicate handling.
Test 2Trigger the same safe service, disk, and resource conditions; compare detection, routing, deduplication, recovery, and technician effort.
Test 3Deploy one controlled Windows patch policy and compare approval, scheduling, restart control, exceptions, and failure evidence.
Test 4Run the same harmless PowerShell task and compare targeting, execution context, output, cancellation, audit history, and offline behavior.
Test 5Open an authorized support session and compare setup, role boundaries, consent, revocation, unattended access, and session evidence.
Test 6In Gorelo, test ticket, project, documentation, contract, billing, and reporting workflows before assigning value to consolidation.
Test 7Remove each agent, revoke the device identity, disable a technician, and prove access and queued work no longer succeed.
