Nizlo Suite combines the Scale RMM plan with backup for five protected Windows endpoints and 1 TB of pooled managed cloud storage. Suite costs $99 per month and includes one technician.

Is cloud backup included in the 14-day trial?

No. The no-card 14-day trial covers the RMM workspace. Backup and managed storage activate only after an authorized workspace owner upgrades to the paid Suite plan.

What does Nizlo Backup protect?

The current service protects selected Windows files and folders. It does not claim Microsoft 365 backup, full-machine imaging, local appliance failover, or bare-metal disaster recovery.

How are restores handled?

Operators can browse recovery points and restore selected files or a complete recovery point into a separate recovery folder. A pilot should verify the exact restore workflow and recovered bytes before production use.

Can I protect more than five endpoints?

Yes. Suite includes five protected Windows endpoints, and additional protected endpoints are $1.50 each per month. Review current pricing and storage needs before expanding coverage.
