RMM with remote access · MSP support

See the endpoint first. Connect with the right context.

Nizlo combines Windows-first remote monitoring and management with remote-support workflows, so technicians can review the customer, site, device health, inventory, alerts, and activity before opening an authorized session.

Monitoring plus support

Put remote access inside the endpoint workflow.

A connection is only one step. The useful workflow preserves device identity, customer context, technician authority, verification, and evidence around it.

Monitor before connecting

Review the authorized endpoint, customer, site, health, inventory, alerts, and recent activity before deciding whether a remote session is needed.

Remote support in context

Start supported remote-access work from the managed endpoint instead of searching for a separate device record or losing the customer relationship.

Customer-aware organization

Keep endpoints separated by customer and site so technicians can confirm who owns the device and which support authority applies.

Retained technician activity

Keep remote-support actions inside the same operating history used for endpoint work and follow-up review.

Controlled technician access

Test roles, authorization, session behavior, transport, audit evidence, and removal before extending access across a customer fleet.

A complete support loop

Move from an alert or reported issue to endpoint review, remote support, verification, and retained evidence without treating connection alone as resolution.

A controlled pilot

Test one complete remote-support loop.

01

Enroll one authorized endpoint

Use a noncritical Windows device. Confirm its customer, site, identity, health, inventory, and current access authority before connecting.

02

Run one harmless support task

Open the supported remote workflow, verify the expected technician experience, and complete a reversible action without exposing unnecessary data.

03

Review the evidence and remove

Confirm the activity record, session controls, network behavior, and clean removal. Expand only after the pilot meets written acceptance criteria.

Capability boundaries

Remote access is privileged access. Evaluate it that way.

Supported focus

Windows-first endpoint monitoring and remote-support workflows with customer, site, device, technician, and activity context.

Verify in the trial

Technician permissions, session behavior, network compatibility, audit evidence, Mac depth, customer consent, emergency access, and clean removal.

Do not assume

Platform parity, Linux remote desktop, identity or security replacement, contractual authority, user consent, or that every issue should be solved through a remote session.

Frequently asked questions

RMM with remote access, without hidden assumptions.

Does Nizlo include remote access?

Nizlo includes remote-support workflows for managed Windows endpoints. Test the exact session, authorization, audit, transport, and technician experience on one authorized noncritical device before a wider rollout.

How is RMM remote access different from remote desktop software?

Remote desktop software primarily connects a technician to a computer. RMM adds persistent endpoint identity, monitoring, inventory, alerts, patch and automation context, customer organization, and operating history around that connection. A standalone remote tool may still be the better choice for occasional support.

What should an MSP test before enabling unattended access?

Confirm written authority, technician permissions, customer and device identity, connection behavior, session evidence, network compatibility, emergency access, and clean removal. Use a noncritical endpoint and document acceptance criteria before expanding.

Which platforms should I evaluate?

Nizlo is Windows-first. Windows remote support is the primary production workflow. A signed macOS agent is available, but validate the Mac workflows and depth you require. Linux monitoring is limited preview scope and Linux remote desktop is not a current public capability.

Does the trial reserve a Founding Tester discount?

No. The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card, but applying or starting a trial does not reserve a position. Successful paid-upgrade order determines the available lifetime discount tier.

Founding Tester offer

Prove the support workflow before paying for it.

The first five successful paid upgrades receive 75% off for life, the next five receive 50% off for life, and the next ten receive 25% off for life. Applying or starting the 14-day trial does not reserve a position; successful paid-upgrade order determines the tier.
