SuperOps alternative for small Windows-first MSPs
SuperOps offers a broader, mature PSA-RMM platform with multi-platform coverage and per-technician pricing. Nizlo is an earlier-stage Windows-first RMM with unlimited endpoints and a lower disclosed entry price. They are not equivalent products.
The honest short version
SuperOps is the stronger shortlist choice when an MSP wants RMM, PSA, service delivery, finance workflows, broader endpoint support, and several remote-access options in one established platform. Nizlo does not claim that breadth. Its narrower case is a small Windows-first team that already handles the surrounding business workflow elsewhere and wants to test flat, unlimited-endpoint RMM economics.
Pricing unit
SuperOps: Per technician for MSP plans. Published RMM and unified plans include up to 150 endpoints per technician.
Nizlo: Flat plan includes one technician and unlimited RMM endpoints; each additional technician is $15/month.
Public MSP pricing
SuperOps: Annual rates start at $99/technician/month for RMM only, $129 for Pro unified, and $159 for Super unified. Monthly rates are $109, $149, and $179 respectively.
Nizlo: $59/month Core, $79/month Scale, or $99/month Suite.
Trial
SuperOps: 14 days without a credit card.
Nizlo: 14 days without a credit card.
RMM and PSA
SuperOps: Standalone RMM and PSA plans are available, along with unified PSA-RMM plans covering service delivery and finance workflows.
Nizlo: Windows-first RMM with a ticketing foundation; no claim of full PSA, contracts, or billing parity.
Endpoint platforms
SuperOps: Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint monitoring; the MSP suite also lists Android, iPhone/iPad, and network-device coverage.
Nizlo: Windows x64 generally available; macOS packaging is still in acceptance and Linux is planned.
Remote support
SuperOps: Integrates Splashtop, TeamViewer, ConnectWise Control, and ISL Online; verify plan and add-on requirements for the chosen workflow.
Nizlo: Built-in Windows-first remote-management workflow; validate permissions, consent, session evidence, and reliability during the pilot.
One- and three-technician cost examples
These figures use currently published base rates before taxes, add-ons, overages, discounts, or external tools. SuperOps lists up to 150 endpoints per technician for these MSP plans. The table compares subscription bills—not capability equivalence.
SuperOps is the stronger fit when
You want a broader unified MSP platform
- PSA, contracts, invoicing, service delivery, and RMM should operate in one product
- Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, or network-device coverage is needed now
- multiple remote-support integrations and broader endpoint tooling matter
- a mature feature set is worth a higher disclosed technician price and endpoint allowance
Nizlo may be worth testing when
Your immediate scope is Windows-first RMM
- PSA, contracts, and billing are already handled elsewhere or are not currently required
- a small team wants unlimited RMM endpoints and a lower disclosed entry price
- additional technician access at $15/month fits the team structure
- a controlled early-product pilot and direct product influence are acceptable

Windows-first founding pilot
Evaluate Nizlo for 14 days without a credit card.
Qualified MSP and IT operators can test real workflows and report bugs, missing capabilities, onboarding friction, and trust barriers. Founding Tester discounts are awarded by successful paid-upgrade order: the first five receive 75% off for life, the next five 50%, and the next ten 25%. Applying or starting a trial does not reserve a position.
